Christmas in July | Holiday Event Planning
If you missed our Christmas in July celebration a couple of weeks ago at East End Market’s monthly Evening Exchange, you’re in luck — here’s a recap so that you’ll feel just like you were there!
Too excited about your own holiday event planning this year to read about Christmas in July? It’s okay, we understand that too. You’ll want to scroll to the bottom for more information on how Overeasy Events can help you get your winter wonderland in the works today!
Christmas in July
On July 19th, we partnered with some spectacular friendors to host a memorable Christmas in July experience for our #OvereasyDateNight guests in our suite at East End Market. We invited the wonderful folks from Omarvelous Productions to set up their famous Slow Motion Video Booth, which certainly did not disappoint. With coaching throughout the whole experience, our guests were happy to see how their videos turned out. We had a whole slew of holiday-themed props to make the video even more magical – everything from confetti poppers and fake “snow” to inflatable champagne bottles and mistletoe!
Additionally, we loved having Chef Michelle Hulbert from Cuisiniers there to host a cookie decorating workshop for participants! She taught us techniques like “flooding” and even gave away delicious prizes for winners of holiday trivia! Some of the cookies tasted better than they looked, but all of our guests had a chance to show off their unique creative style!
Guests were also treated to one of two signature holiday cocktails (recipes below) while they learned a little bit more about Overeasy Events’ services. We love to share our “why” with potential future clients and explain just how much we love the work that we do and the clients that continue to make it incredibly meaningful and special.
